Smokey Bones in Boca Raton

The food is okay. I had it about 4 times. I've tried the barbecue ribs from Smokey Bones and I must say it was one of the worst ribs ever had. The only think that I been ordering ever since was the pulled pork sandwich and the pool Port is pretty decent. I don't know if I'm going back again.

Came in tonight with a party of 4 for my husband's birthday. The food was amazing and our server was awesome! If you stop in ask to be seated in Mitch's section, he will take care of you!

Worst food I ever got. Ordered Wings with parmesan and garlic and got burnt rock hard wings plain with sprinkled parmesan. Ordered Full rack of ribs and only half of that was edible other half burnt and rock hard. Ordered sides didnt get 3 sides only 1. Dont order thru Uber eats because they aren't responsible for your order Uber is and is why they dont care.

We saw an add from Smokey Bones that we could get a drive up order for 19.99. It consisted of 3/4 ribs, two sinde and a drink. We bought two. They were some of the worst ribs we have ever eaten. They were tough and dry. I don't know if I will ever order ribs from them again. My experience with inside dining has always been good but carryout has been bad. Very disapointed.

The place what's the weather supposed to be the food the fish and chips was terrible the salad with the steak very little steak but overall I give it at 3

I ordered online, easy enough. Went in to pick up my order, first employee i see isn't wearing a mask properly, its around her chin. How could I be comfortable that the folks behind the scenes making my food are wearing masks properly. I'll never forget this blatant disregard for my safety.

Another of our weekly stops for many years. Our favorite server Jamie K takes excellent care of us! Great family BBQ place! We keep coming back because the food is good and they treat us well. Sometimes busy, but the hostesses are very active, clearing tables themselves to get you seated quickly. Plenty of t.v.s to view sports. We like it and that keeps us coming back. They now have something new called the Bone Fire -a BBQ platter for 2 to 5 people - check the photos for the details. Try the Nutty Chicken Salad with Crunchy Chicken for a great salad you can make a meal of! I like it with Ranch dressing.

I honestly haven't been to Smokey Bones in probably a year and the reason being is that no matter how many times I would go the orders were never correct, the chicken was never cooked. The pretzels that my son gets as an appetizer were awful. We love Jamie our server and we go there for her but I had to stop going. Now today I have to honestly say it was a pleasure. And guess what Jamie still works there. The food was really really good, nice and hot just the way I like it. And the pretzels were nice and soft and the cheese sauce oh my God it was Heaven. They ought to make a pasta with that sauce on it everybody would be ordering it. And yes they have macaroni and cheese but it's not the same.The Oreo ice cream sundae or milkshake was extremely good and you can order liquor in your ice cream. What a concept kudos to you honey. It really was a pleasure we had a really good time. Thank you we will be joining you again.

Great experience overall! Came here during Happiest Hour (3-6p) and took advantage of their specially priced menu. All the dishes were fantastic and the service was great. Definitely a great place to eat with the family!

I think most places short you in takeout portions, but i was very pleased! Food was get and sauces are awesome!

Very disappointed with this place. Live 2 min always and with everything going on my husband and I love when we can eat out to support. We ordered wings(a special they have going on) 16 one flavor and 16 another flavor. By the way we have eating wings from tons of different other places and have never had an issue. We asked if we could get half flats on one flavor and also the second flavor. They said they didn’t do that and if they did they had to charge. I assumed the girl over the phone didn’t understand my husband, so he explained when he picked up the food. But apparently that’s what they do, charge for that request. We have never had a problem with that request, I only eat flats so it was very disappointing. You would assume that the least they can do now that their employees are probably not getting many tips or business not so great they would accommodate.

Clean restaurant. Very good service. Really good food. I was there before happy hour so it was fairly quiet. One thing that was busy, was the take out line. They were pumping out order after order.

They literally messed up my order 3 times in a row and also last I checked when I worked at a restaurant we were open till close and took orders especially to go orders before we close but not this place they stop taking orders at 9:45 which is ridiculous! So many nights I stayed over time cause people would walk in 15 min before and sit down to eat and I didn’t like it but it’s part of the job.

The smokey wings were very good excellent service and we definitely come back.The kid's enjoyed the food too ,highly recommended

So I visited several different Smokey Bones before with little to no issue. And considering everything that is going on, I’m more than happy to be understanding, to an extent. Here’s my experience. Place an order at 4pm to pick up at 5p. Arrived at 4:40pm and paid, understand I was early. The parking lot was empty with maybe 2 other people waiting. They told me to wait in my vehicle. No problem. Fast word 50 minutes, all the while watching at least 10 people walk up and get food. At 5:30p I walked up to find out what happened. They have no clue. No apology, just a bewildered look. Ultimately requested a refund because it was clear they were not sure what was going on. Now this isn’t day one of them offering food pick. This is 4 weeks in just about. Needless to say I’m avoiding this location in the future.

On a memorial day weekend I ordered takeout family size ribs ask for veteran's discount was turned down this is a memorial day weekend honoring I'll show judges I show them proof that I am a veteran still turn me down very disappointed

Enjoyed my visit.

Service was good but the kitchen had issues. Sliders looked like someone stepped on them and the mac and cheese was cold clumps. The manager came by to fix but we wanted to eat together not in stages. Smoked wings were good. I doubt I will return.

We arrived at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was very successful. The staff were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Keep it up.

I don't get to this SB as much as I used to and most of the folks I knew are no longer there but popped in for lunch and things were excellent as always. Sahara (day bartender on T/W) took excellent care of me and the food was delightful. Though I am a big fan of there BBQ, I'm addicted to the Turkey burger. All white meat with just the perfect amount of seasoning and a very generously-sized patty. I almost never partake (as I'd be in a food coma the rest of the day) but the desserts there are well worth the calories!

If you or anyone in your family has any allergies stay clear, they have NO clue. I ordered off the gluten free menu, my daughter has celiac, and asked 3 times if they write gluten free on the ticket, when all they wrote was no bun for a burger order. It was take out and when I got home it was loaded with fried onions and she couldn't eat it. They can't even say they were busy-there were only 4 tables in the entire place. Their staff need to be trained about allergies!

Our server Zen saved the day with his excellent attitude, professionalism and desire to please. He should be in a 5* restaurant! Unfortunately, the kitchen was having difficulties that spilled over to our meals. My meal came out but not my husband’s. His food was hot, mine wasn’t...the start of a mediocre meal. The finishing touch was the table credit card check out was not working right. Thanks again to Zen to realize the problem (after I tried 3 times)and personally handled everything. An off night for sure except for Zen.

Had the pleasure of eating at Smokey Bones Boca Raton last night and had an incredible experience. From the overall atmosphere, the food and our waitress was incredible. I am not one to usually write a review but this waitress Taylor Royal was amazing. Her section was so busy and she went over and beyond to make sure that me and my family had a good dining experience. I highly recommend dining here and hope for any guest to get this young women as a waitress. You will be in great hands!

After seeing a post about the milkshakes, I had to bring my boys. We had two servers because one was in training..#bonusJackie and Sarah were informative, funny and very friendly. Build your own burger A+Ribs A+Wings A+Chicken Salad (didn't even need salad dressing)Then the Milkshakes.. One had Oreos ground in it and the other the most moist and delicious chocolate cake. The presentation and taste amazing. We are looking forward to coming back again soon 😊****I had to edit my review as we made a second trip here because the first one was good but.. The hostess ignored us while the manager and her got so excited to seat a large party of over 20 before us and there was a dead bug on my son's plate with his burger. We sent it back to be "rushed" out 15 minutes later. Granted it was no charge but the server slammed down our glasses everytime and brought out the right unsweet tea refill for my husband on occasion. *Very disappointing ☹️

Two stars because the curbside pickup is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. If I was just rating the food and dine in service it would be 5 stars. For many years I ate there just about weekly and it was a favorite restaurant. However since the Covid19 I have only done their curbside pickup and have done it at least five times. All but once the experiences have been horrible. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get cold food, this is After I arrive at the time I was told the order will be ready, and pay for the food. I just can’t believe they have not figured out this process yet, as I suspect it represents a big part of their business at this time. What A shame. I will miss their food, but they have lost a loyal customer due to their incompetence.

Great BBQ place. Food is American burgers Nd chicken bbq. Atmosphere is nice and warm. Our waiter was a bit slow but we werent in a hurry and overall good dinner. We will be back. They have a nice size bar.

Quality has been declining with every visit here. This may probably the last time I'll visit this restaurant unfortunately. Nothing 'pulled' about the pulled pork or pulled chicken just huge chunks of hard meat and fat. Kids meal had like 5-6 fries. No exaggeration.

Good steak. Pulled pork was decent. Sides, salads and corn bread are all very good. Would give them 5 stars if not for a waiting time.

They have a variety menu and services here are awesome. I strongly recommend!!

I went there with my friend around 1 A.M to celebrate my victory of my fight and everything was good, the atmosphere, the REALLY GOOD food and our waitress was incredible and really patient with us ! A place to go !

WHAT! HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE BEFORE. OPEN UNTIL 2AM AND THE MENU IS INCREDIBLE. I WILL BE BACK.

Back for the first time in several years. Watched MNF on the big screen TV at the bar with a friend. Pulled pork platter was really good. Aimee the barkeep was very sweet and personable and attentive. Relaxed atmosphere. Thought it would be busier. I'll be back.

We have been here a few times in the past and we were always pretty pleased. They had gotten a re-vamp in the past few years and it looks 100x nicer inside and the menu is much better. Prices are a little up there, but they come out with good coupons so that is a plus. We are a family of 4 so $10 off is a big help.We had dinner there tonight, hub had the smokehouse burger and he really enjoyed it. I had the build-your-own burger and I ordered turkey meat, unfortunately it was over cooked and pretty tough BUT I was hungry and it was tasty so I wasn’t to upset. Their chicken tenders are awesome. Fries and Fried green tomatoes are wonderful(I just wish you got more then 2 Tomatoes) oh and that tablet game thing on the table is genius for keeping kids entertained! Overall it was a good deal for a decent amount of food, and our server was very friendly. Will be coming back again I’m sure.

These guys great service, great and serene environment, beautiful scenery at night with all the lights. Their awesome food is filling and cooked very well. They have a variety menu and always a fun special almost every day of the week. I strongly recommend!!

Long time I wanted to come and try this place. Today I made it. And I loved. The Smooth Bourbon Bkacverry Lemonade was amazing. Not too sweet like I like it. I tried the Stacked Baked Potato & Salad - pork and garden salad. It was amazing. Cone yourself and try it.

The food came out great. Mario recommended the baby back ribs and they were absolutely delicious. He was kind and helpful and speedy. We’re new to town and we’re looking for a good bbq place to make our home. We found it! Clean place and not overly busy so we didn’t feel rushed. And we’ll be asking to see Mario.

At about 5:00 last night Olympic Heights High School’s Marching Band decided that they wanted to go out together after the football game. A parent called and asked if they could accommodate them..... they said YES! An area of the restaurant was reserved for the band, the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly...... which I am sure was no easy task dealing with this large group on such short notice!!! We could not ask for a better experience. Thank you so much Smokey Bones!!
